论文名称为“A dual-band linear-to-circular polarization converter with robustness under oblique incidences”。该文提出了一种双频线圆极化变换器,结构由四个相同的折线形结构叠层组成,层间由空气隔开。转换器在19.7 ~ 20.2 GHz频带内将y-极化波转换为左旋圆极化波,在29.5 ~ 30 GHz将x-极化波转换为右旋圆极化波,其次,在两个工作频段内均可实现0°到30°斜入射范围内的极化转换。提出的结构是使用PCB工艺制作的,实验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,可用于K/Ka波段的卫星通信具有一定的指导意义。工作主要完成人赵瑾、程钰间、T. J. Huang, P. K. Liu。

Abstract—A dual-band linear-to-circular polarization converter is proposed and experimentally demonstrated in this work. The structure consists of four identical meander-line layers separated by air. The converter transforms y-polarized waves into left hand circular-polarized waves in 19.7 to 20.2 GHz, and x-polarized waves into right hand circular-polarized waves in 29.5 to 30 GHz, corresponding to the dual-band characteristic. With the incident angle ranging from 0 degrees to 30 degrees, the conversion remains realizable in the two working bands, fully verifying the polarizer's robustness within 30 degrees oblique incidence. Besides, the proposed structure is fabricated using a normal PCB process. The experimental results match well with the simulation ones, which demonstrates the feasibility of our scenario. This work is beneficial for satellite communication in the K/Ka bands.
