University of Connecticut (UCONN), PhD, focuses on new communication networks and architectures for future industries, including underwater wireless communication, network, positioning, synchronization technology, and system modeling, analysis, implementation, testing and application. He has published more than 70 papers in internationally important journals and conferences, 40 of the first author and corresponding author, and more than 3000 citations (Google Scholar). From 2012 to 2022 successively in UCONN and City University of New York (CCNY), host / participate in nine natural science fund project, developed in the field of a series of important software and hardware system, such as: underwater network indoor test platform Aqua-Lab, four universities of the underwater network public sea test platform Ocean-TUNE, underwater wireless network system software Aqua-Net and simulation software Aqua-Sim, is widely used by universities and research institutes at home and abroad. In addition, he led the team to conduct actual sea surveys in an underwater environment, covering North America and Asia, the Atlantic and the Pacific. He served as chairman of the New York chapter of IEEE and associate editor of IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society. In March 2023, he returned to China and officially joined the Advanced Research Institute of University (Shenzhen) to undertake the project leader of the major research and development plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, with a total fund of more than 10 million yuan.
