Welcome to my research group! I've invited you to join my group because I'm very excited about working hard with you on challenging and interesting, scientific and engineering problems. 

My lab is a fun and rewarding environment for all of us, and I want us to work together to make image/video/ healthcare systems better, more reliable, more useful, and more intelligent. 

As your advisor and supervisor, my job is to help you develop as an outstanding undergraduate and postgraduate,  and also commit to the following responsibilities:

    I will provide honest, constructive feedback on the study and research you do in the lab.

    I will do my best to provide a supportive, safe, and fun work environment.

    I will provide honest and thoughtful advice on your professional decisions.

    I will work with group members to set aggressive but reasonable research goals for the group.
