个人简介
一、基本情况
主要从事智能传感材料与感算集成器件与系统研究。博士毕业于电子科技大学,博士期间赴美国加州大学伯克利分校Ali Javey教授团队联合培养两年,博士毕业后于电子科技大学从事博士后研究2年,2022年入职电子科技大学,任特聘副教授。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、四川省科技创新合作项目、传感器成果转化专项等国家级、省部级、横向转化项目等十余项。作为核心主研(排2)参与国家自然科学基金区域联合重点项目、JKW基金等3项,参与ZFYY重点基金等国家级省部级项目十余项。
至今,在Nature nanotechnology,Advanced Materials等期刊共发表SCI论文70余篇,其中以一作/通讯在 Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Sensors、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical等一区TOP期刊发表论文30余篇,ESI高被引论文10余篇,封面(底)论文5篇,总引8800余次。h指数59。授权发明专利26项。
获王大珩光学奖,省部级科技进步一等奖1项、技术发明二等奖1项,国际先进材料学会科学家奖章。
担任中科院一区期刊Materials Futures青年编委、IJAMD期刊编委、IAAM中国区理事/青年会士;担任Advanced Materials、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Chemical engineering journal等期刊审稿人。
