Description of Research Group:The reaseasch interests focus on high-end MEMS products and higly accurate sensing technologies and systems, including micro mirror of Lidar, micro accelerometers, resonant pressure sensors,  MEMS ultrasonic motor, micro vibratory stages, etc. The reasearch partner includes HUAWEI, CAEP, NPIC, 161, etc.The articles and patents can be found in publication list.
