邹杰，电子科技大学计算机科学与工程学院教授，博士生导师，国家级青年人才，四川省特聘专家（2024年天府峨眉计划），小米青年学者。2021年获得荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学博士学位，并先后于加拿大约克大学担任访问学者，荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学/新加坡南洋理工大学担任博士后/研究员。主要研究领域为信息检索，自然语言处理，推荐系统，多模态，空天具身智能体等。发表包括SIGIR、KDD、TheWebConf、ACM TOIS、IP&M、INFFUS、IEEE TMM、IEEE TCSVT、AAAI、ICCV、ECCV、ILCR、CIKM等CCF A类/中科院一区期刊或会议在内的国际高水平论文50余篇。主持海外优青、国家自然科学基金青年项目、四川省自然科学基金面上项目、电子科技大学高层次人才项目等，主研包括欧盟、荷兰、新加坡、中国等多项国内外基金项目。中国中文信息学会信息检索专委会通讯委员，中国中文信息学会青工委委员，中国计算机学会多媒体专委会执行委员，ACM/CCF/CIPS/CSIG会员。长期担任本领域十余个CCF推荐顶级国际会议、期刊的领域主席、程序委员会委员、审稿人，如SIGIR, TheWebConf (WWW), ACL, ACM MM, IJCAI, AAAI, ICDE, WSDM, EMNLP，ACM TOIS，INFFUS，PR，KBS等。
