Yanxiang Gong holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, specializing in machine learning and artificial intelligence. He has long been engaged in research on generative models, achieving multiple innovative results in areas such as generative adversarial network theory and methods, and medical image analysis. He has participated in seven major research projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 17 academic papers in prestigious journals and conferences such as IEEE TNNLS, Neural Networks, and AISTATS, including eight as first author. He has delivered presentations at two international conferences: ICCC 2019 in Chengdu, China, and AISTATS 2024 in Valencia, Spain. He holds one authorized invention patent. He serves as a reviewer for top-tier academicjournals and conferences including IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TITS, Neurocomputing, ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, and AISTATS.
