Dr. Leyuan Liu is an Associate Researcher with a Ph.D. in Information Intelligence Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan, obtained in 2014. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Information Security from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Since 2017, he has been working at the School of Information and Software Engineering, UESTC.
Dr. Liu's research primarily focuses on information content security, with a particular interest in detecting misinformation propagation. His research areas include information dissemination, graph machine learning, and financial risk behavior detection in Web 3.0. He has led and participated in over ten national (including key projects) and provincial-level research projects. In the past five years, Dr. Liu has published over 30 high-quality academic papers, among which more than 20 papers have appeared as first author or corresponding author in top-tier conferences recommended by the China Computer Federation (CCF-A) and journals ranked in the second quartile or above by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
