主要从事智能网络及网络智能化技术领域的研究工作。入选2023年国家博新计划，荣获2025 IEEE ICCT青年科学家奖，2025 International Conference on Computing, Management and Telecommunications最佳论文奖，及2025 International Conference on Electronic Communication, Computer Science and Technology最佳论文奖。作为项目负责人主持国家博新计划、国自然青基、国家科技重大专项任务、****项目等多项国家级/省部级项目，作为项目骨干参与国家重点研发计划、国自然面上等，并参与攥写多部白皮书，包括《6G网络AI概念术语白皮书》，《6G 网络内生AI网络架构十问》，《面向AI大模型的网络使能技术》等，在国内外主流期刊（如 IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications，IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing，IEEE Transactions on Communications等）上发表相关领域论文40余篇，申请3项国际PCT专利（其中1项欧洲专利已授权）。现担任IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering副编辑及客座主编辑，Electronics客座编辑，及IEEE ComSoc Best Readings in Privacy Preservation for Machine Learning in Communications贡献者，担任IEEE TMC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TWC、IEEE JSAC等多个国际顶级期刊的审稿人，并担任多个国际会议的Session Chair、Program Chair、Tutorial Chair、Track Chair和TPC member等。
