Project description:本项目探索一种检测精度高、受环境影响小的光学反馈方式，可同时检测MEMS微镜的XY两个方向偏转角度，角度检测精度要求满足≤0.01°，同时探索基于光学反馈的高精度控制算法，控制精度达到≤0.03°要求。
